As the graduation ceremony is a dignified occasion, all Graduands participating in the ceremony are required to wear the Graduation Attire.

1. Online Ordering of NYP Graduation Gown

• Online ordering for the Rental/Purchase of the NYP Graduation Gown will be available at www.beauvoix.com.sg from 6 April 2026 till 27 April 2026.
  • Ordering for Self-collection on Campus: 6 – 27 April 2026
  • Ordering for Home Delivery: 6 – 25 April 2026
• Please read through the guidelines and instructions on proper care for your Gown. Charges for damages to the graduation gown will result in partial refund or forfeiture of your deposit.
• Register an account with us and fill out your details and select the size for your Gown according to the ‘Size Chart’ below.
• Upon completion of the online ordering of the graduation Gown, you will receive an email confirming your order/purchase. Please keep a copy of this email confirmation. 
• If someone is collecting the attire on your behalf, please provide this proxy a soft/hard copy of the email and a picture of your Student Card, with the Student number clearly displayed.

Note:

If you are graduating from a Diploma course, you will be getting a red and yellow collar flap with your graduation gown (left).

If you are graduating from an Advanced or Specialist Diploma course, you will be getting a purple and yellow collar flap with your graduation gown (right). There is no mortarboard.

2. Rental/Purchase Charges – NYP Graduation Gown

Notes: 

1. 1. Graduands may collect gowns on campus from 7 April till 27 April (excluding Sundays & Public Holidays) and return gowns on campus during Graduation 2026. Please refer to (point 3.) for details of collection schedule.
   2. For home delivery of gowns (rental/purchase), graduands are reminded to check the condition of the Graduation Gown upon receipt of the Gown.
   3. Graduands will be allowed only one exchange for defective Graduation Gowns whether self-collected or home delivered. All gown exchanges are to be done on campus by 4 pm on 27 April 2026.
   4. No change in size is allowed. Graduands are to use the size guide when choosing the size of the Graduation Gown.
   5. Online mode of payment is via credit card/debit card and PayNow only.
   6. Lead time for delivery is about 5 to 7 days.

Please place your home delivery order by 20 April 2026 and email/call Beau Voix if you do not receive your Graduation Gown by 26 April 2026. Graduands are reminded to key in their full address and contact number correctly.

Do read the section on ‘How to care for your Graduation Gown’ as your deposit may be forfeited if the rented Gown is damaged or altered.

3. Collection of Graduation Gown

Return of Graduation Gown

Graduands may return their gowns in NYP during Graduation 2026 [Function Room A.201] at Blk A Level 2 during the ceremonial days or book an appointment from 10 May 2026 on www.beauvoix.com.sg to return the Gown at the office of Beau Voix Uniform. Return of Graduation Gowns is strictly by appointment only. Graduands are advised to keep to their appointed day and time as registered on the link. Beau Voix reserves the right to reject the return of the Gown if graduands return their gowns after 25 May 2026.

Annex A

GRADUATION GOWN / DRESS CODE

FOR GRADUANDS ATTENDING THE GRADUATION CEREMONY

1. All graduands participating in the Graduation Ceremony will be required to wear the NYP Graduation Gown.
2. Full-Time National Servicemen (NSF) are required to don the NYP Graduation Gown
3. The NYP Graduation Gown consists of a one-piece robe with a detachable collar flap, as shown below

If you are graduating from a Diploma course (both full-time and part-time), you will be getting a red and yellow collar flap with your graduation gown (as above). If you are graduating from an Advanced or Specialist Diploma course, you will be getting a purple and yellow collar flap with your graduation gown (see below).

5. Unacceptable Dressing:

General

• • Casual pants/jeans, T-shirts, polo shirts, shorts, culottes, bermudas, sports shoes, sneakers, slippers, sandals

Females

• • Mini-skirts/Skirts with exceptionally high slits.
  • Any dress considered provocative or revealing e.g. low cut, bare midriff, transparent top, blouse unbuttoned.
