As the graduation ceremony is a dignified occasion, all Graduands participating in the ceremony are required to wear the Graduation Attire.

Beau Voix is proud to be the official supplier of the Graduation Attire for Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s Graduation Ceremony 2026.

1. Online Ordering of NP Graduation Attire

• Online ordering for the Rental/Purchase of the NP Graduation Attire will be available on www.beauvoix.com.sg from:
  • Ordering for Self-collection on Campus: 7 April 2025 – 29 April 2025
  • Ordering for Home Delivery: 7 April 2025 – 20 April 2025
• Please read through the guidelines and instructions on proper care for your attire. Charges for damages to the graduation attire will result in partial refund or forfeit of your deposit.

1. 1. Register an account at beauvoix.com.sg.
   2. Fill in your details and select your graduation attire size according to the Size Chart
   3. Upon completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please keep a soft or hard copy of this email for reference.
   4. If someone is collecting the attire on your behalf, please provide this proxy a soft/hard copy of the email and a picture of your Student Card, with the Student number clearly displayed.

2. Rental/Purchase Charges & Payment – NP Graduation Attire

Notes: 

i.      Graduands may collect the attire on campus from Fri, 25 April to Thu, 8 May (excluding Saturday & Sunday) and return gowns on campus during Graduation 2025. Please refer to (point 3.) for details of collection schedule.

ii.     Graduands are reminded to check the condition of the graduation attire upon receipt of the attire.

iii.    All exchanges of size and defective items are to be conducted in campus only (25 April to 8 May 2025).

iv.   Only one change in size is allowed. Graduands are to use the size guide when choosing the size of the graduation attire.'

v.    Online mode of payment is via credit card/debit card and PayNow only.

vi.   The lead time for delivery is about 5 to 7 days. Please place your order by 20 April 2025 and email/call Beau Voix if you do not receive your graduation attire by 28 April 2025. Graduands are reminded to key in the full address and contact number correctly.

How to Care for Your Graduation Attire

Please Note:

• Do not use pins or sticky tapes on your Graduation Attire as this damages the fabric.
• To iron, turn the Graduation Attire inside out. Use only LOW HEAT.
• The extent of damage is determined solely by the discretion of Beau Voix.

                Group return is allowed. The Student number of the owner of the attire has to be made known to us.

GRADUATION ATTIRE / DRESS CODE

1.   All graduands participating in the Graduation Ceremony will be required to wear the NP Graduation Attire.

2.   The NP Graduation Attire consists of a one-piece robe as shown below. More details on the sale, rental and collection of the NP Graduation Attire can be found at Beau Voix website.

3.   Graduands taking part in the Graduation Ceremony must observe the following smart / formal dress code:

Male Graduands:

• Collared long sleeve shirt with tie
• Dark-coloured pants
• Business shoes with socks

Female Graduands:

• Dress
• Blouse with pants or skirt (knee-length or longer)
• Dress shoes

Avoid inappropriate dressing:

Casual pants, jeans, shorts, bermudas, culottes, miniskirts, skirts with high slits, T-shirts or polo shirts, sport shoes, slippers or open toe sandals.

Graduands will not be allowed to go on stage to receive their diplomas if they are inappropriately attired.
