To proceed with your exchange we will require your assistance to complete the online exchange order. please ensure that you have completed the following steps. We will require your assistance to place the items (in a set) at your centre, unwashed and in their original packaging. *You are only able to exchange your purchases once. Exchanges are limited to size exchanges of the same product only. Exchanges for different items will not be permitted.

Exchanges can only be done at our office

1. Must be done within 30 days from the date of purchase. 2. Exchange is subject to stock availability. 3. If you have bought the item(s) at our office, online or from our outlet in school (not applicable to all schools), you may do the exchange at our outlet in the school or our office. 4. Uniforms bought from the bookshop can be exchanged at the bookshop or our office. 5. Item(s) returned for exchange must be in their original condition, not worn and washed, not altered, not ironed and in their original packaging. 6. All goods are to be exchanged for size only and not for a different item. 7. Goods sold are strictly non-refundable unless a letter of transfer from the school is produced. 8. Top Up maybe applicable
