As the graduation ceremony is a dignified occasion, all Graduands participating in the ceremony are required to wear the Graduation Attire.

1. Online Ordering of TP Graduation Attire

• Please read through the guidelines and instructions on proper care for your attire. Charges for damages to the graduation attire will result in partial refund or forfeit of your deposit.
• Register an account here, fill in your details and select the size for your graduation attire according to the ‘Size Chart’ below.
• Online payment is via credit/debit card and PayNow only
• Upon completion of the online ordering of the graduation attire, you will receive an email confirming your order/purchase. Please keep a copy of this email confirmation.
• If someone is collecting the attire on your behalf, please provide this proxy a soft/hard copy of the email and a picture of your Student Card, with the Student number clearly displayed.

2. Rental/Purchase Charges & Payment – TP Graduation Attire

Notes: 

1. Graduands are reminded to check the condition of the graduation attire upon receipt of the attire.
2. Graduands will be allowed only one exchange for defective attires. All exchanges are to be conducted on campus only (11 April - 21 April 2026).
3. No change in size is allowed. Graduands are to use the size guide when choosing the size of the graduation attire.

How to Care for Your Graduation Attire

• • Do not use pins or sticky tapes on your Graduation Attire as this damages the fabric.
  • To iron, turn the Graduation Attire inside out. Use only LOW HEAT.
  • The extent of damage is determined solely at the discretion of Beau Voix.

DAMAGE LEVY for Rental Gowns

• If the rental gown is assessed to be in good condition, the full deposit is returned

GRADUATION ATTIRE / DRESS CODE

1.   All graduands participating in the Graduation Ceremony will be required to wear the TP Graduation Attire*.

2.   The TP Graduation Attire consists of a one-piece robe as shown below. More details on the sale, rental and collection of the TP Graduation Attire can be found at Beau Voix website.

   Wearing TP Graduation Attire

*Graduands currently serving National Service are allowed to receive your diploma on stage in full military uniform (including cap/beret). The graduation attire should not be worn over the military uniform.

3.   Graduands taking part in the Graduation Ceremony must observe the following smart / formal dress code:

Male Graduands:

• Collared long sleeve shirt with tie
• Dark-coloured pants
• Business shoes with socks

Female Graduands:

• Dress
• Blouse with pants or skirt (knee-length or longer)
• Dress shoes

Avoid inappropriate dressing:

Casual pants, jeans, shorts, bermudas, culottes, miniskirts, skirts with high slits, T-shirts or polo shirts, sport shoes, slippers or open toe sandals.

Graduands will not be allowed to go on stage to receive their diplomas if they are inappropriately attired.
